Add cashews, water, and garlic to a high speed blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Blend for another 2-3 minutes, using the tamper of the blender, until smooth and the greens are well blended.
Sever over veggies, potatoes, or even as a dip with chips!
Store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
Notes
You will need a high speed blender like a Vitamix blender to blend the cashews without soaking. If you do not have a high speed blender, soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours so they will be soft enough to blend.
